For the 2nd year in a row, we are proud to have one of A&A Paving’s team recognized by the Roselle Chamber of Commerce as the Jospeh G. Salerno Business Person of the Year. The Joseph G. Salerno Business Person of the Year award is a prestigious award that honors a Chamber member who has made a significant contribution to not only the Roselle Chamber but also to the local community. One of our owners, Todd Eichholz is the epitome of this description and the recipient of the 2014 award.
Todd joined the A and A Paving team in 2013 when he decided to partner with the 2013 recipient of the award, Bob Olson, in his dream of not only creating a high-functioning business entity, but one that always focused on impacting the community around them. Todd has been the CEO of Heritage Realty and Development, a hands-on real estate firm that operates as a commercial brokerage and handles property management. Since 2005. He uses his business acumen to influence progress within the community by volunteering his time and expertise; he has held a Chamber board position for many years, in addition to sitting on the board of such organizations as the Roselle Police Association Foundation, DuPage County Area Project(DuCap), and the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Local Advisory Committee.
