Dave Pawelek joins A&A Paving Contractors as VP of Operations

A&A Paving Contractors, Inc. is pleased to announce and welcome Dave Pawelek as Vice President of Operations. Pawelek will be responsible for strategic leadership of the A&A sales team, overseeing day-to-day operations and adding to the culture within the A&A Paving organization, as well as enhancing our relationships with business partners.

Pawelek has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with both customers and team members. His strong winning attitude and personality are assets that will compliment and enhance A&A Paving’s ability to meet the needs of their customers as they continue to provide quality service to Chicagoland.

Pawelek is a well-known leader in the Chicagoland area. His 20 years of experience have stretched from offices on the Magnificent Mile to the Chicagoland Suburbs. Most recently, Dave was the Executive Director / Partner at Always Best Care Chicagoland where he merged two franchises into one centrally located office and lead a team of over 50 employees that helped seniors age gracefully in their home.

Pawelek’s career began at The Walt Disney Company where he was on the executive team for a combined 12 years between Radio Disney and Disney Vacation Club leading multiple departments. Pawelek’s background includes three seasons with the Chicago Wolves professional hockey team as the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances. He was the recipient of two American Hockey League awards and the first Hospitality Professional award recipient from HeresChicago.com. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Roosevelt University.
