It's important to walk the property with the client to observe existing conditions and discuss objectives. During this critical assessment process we will:

- Make grade/topography evaluations
- Take precise measurements of lot and damaged areas
- Assess current pavement construction composition
- Make water drainage evaluations
- Take digital photographs of the site
- Evaluate possible causes of the pavement deterioration

Project Planning

When our comprehensive evaluations are completed, our project team will:

IDENTIFY and discuss all potential solutions with client
DESCRIBE suggested scope of work (materials/cost/time)
WORK with client to select project priorities
PROVIDE pricing quote and detailed description of work
COLLECT information on municipal, county or state regulations
AQUIRE necessary permits
ATTEND management and/or board meetings (when requested)
